The Worshipful Company of Glass Sellers of London, one of the City’s ancient Livery companies and the London Capital Club are jointly hosting a unique Dinner on Friday 12 May.
Over a delicious 3 course meal Martin Taylor from Riedel will explain
- how glass affects the taste of the wine (using the “right glasses” is imperative)
- the need for decanting
- how best to care for crystal glasses
and there’ll be an opportunity for questions over coffee.

During the meal guests will have the chance to taste 2 whites and two reds and put the glasses to good use.
What’s more, at the end of the evening, every guest will take home a set a 4 Riedel Veritas wine glasses (worth over £100).
The Club bar will be open following the dinner with a cash bar.
