up a network for female entrepreneurs and within a year EW-Network had 200 members, a website and took online payments.\u00a0 People began to say that I was a &#8220;great networker&#8221; and asked me &#8220;how do you do it?&#8221;\u00a0 To be honest, I wasn&#8217;t really sure &#8230; but I spent time discovering the answer and am a leading expert on <em>building, nurturing and leveraging social capital<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gwenrhys.com\/index.php\/becoming-a-networker\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read about my journey<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In 1996, I set up Networking Culture Limited to share my knowledge and experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My\u00a0 services include<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>inspiring and motivating keynote presentations<\/li>\n<li>delivering seminars and workshops<\/li>\n<li>coaching and mentoring people on how to best build their social capital for business and personal success<\/li>\n<li>facilitating events to ensure they\u00a0 have what others describe as &#8220;that special atmosphere&#8221; (ie\u00a0 purpose and energy)<\/li>\n<li>acting as a skilled\n<ul>\n<li>conference chair<\/li>\n<li>meeting facilitator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Networking Culture&#8217;s team provides a range of services that include<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>consulting on setting up\n<ul>\n<li>in-house and external networks<\/li>\n<li>award programmes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>event and award programme management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Networking Culture Limited is also responsible for the development of the <a href=\"_wp_link_placeholder\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Women in the City<\/a> and the Never Been Busier brands.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I
