The “Glass” Dinner

We had a great turn out for our September “Glass” Dinner and were delighted to be joined by the Masters of the following companies:

Bakers, Firefighters, Horners and Pattenmakers.

A selection of the samples received for the Master’s Commission Competition were on display during the Reception and sold to support other glass artists raising over £1500.

The Winner of the Competition was announced by Sharon Solomons of specialist fine art shippers, Art Logistics Limited.  The Competition’s Finalists were invited to attend the dinner along with a selection of the other glass artists.

The Dinner was preceded by Common Hall during which various Committee Chairman updated the Livery on key aspects of their Committees’ activities.

At the end of Common Hall, the Master presented Col Jacqui Fogerty, Commander of the City of London and NE Sector Army Cadets with the Company’s shield for the Mess.
