The process of becoming a non-Aldermanic Sheriff of the City of London is a long one with the election taking place at Common Hall in Guildhall in June 2018.
As a prospective non-Aldermanic Shrieval Candidate, my first task is to gauge the level of support amongst my fellow Liverymen. My second task will be to formalise my informal support team and set up a Campaign Committee.
I’ll need around 1300 eligible voters to raise their hands for me at Common Hall next June which will be held in Guildhall. But I’d also like to give my wider City connections an opportunity pledge their support.
