These terms and conditions apply only to products and services provided by Networking Culture Limited and not to products and services promoted or placed by third parties through Networking Culture Limited’s website.

Our Offer to Purchase
Where Networking Culture Limited, as a Provider, invites you to purchase a product via its website, this does NOT constitute an offer for sale. Networking Culture Limited reserves the right to refuse any offer to purchase its goods made by you through its website or other media. Should Networking Culture Limited, as the Provider, choose to accept your offer to purchase, then an acceptance will be sent to you by email within 24 hours and a receipted invoice will be posted within seven working days. If you have paid by credit or debit card the card’s receipt will be attached to the invoice.
Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we accept your offer to purchase. You will be charged at the current price for buying products and services from our website at the date applicable when you make the offer to purchase. All prices are displayed on our website exclusive of VAT which is added at the rate applicable at the date of the acceptance of the offer to purchase.

Guarantee
At Networking Culture Limited we have a ‘no nonsense’ guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, simply contact us, or return the product by registered post, within 10 working days of the event paid for. Returns made after this date cannot be refunded.
Delivery
Please allow seven working days for delivery of your tickets or other details confirming our acceptance of your offer to purchase. All tickets will be subject to availability and postage and packing is included.
Complaints
Any complaints will be treated confidentially and will be fairly dealt promptly by a director of Networking Culture Limited
